1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Once shipped custom orders are non-returnable and cannot exchanged.
3. Initiating a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at lileijewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on where to send your return package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
